Our Charitable Acts
At the Davenport Real Estate Group, we believe that success is most meaningful when it’s shared. That’s why giving back to our community through partnerships with charities and non-profits is a core part of who we are. We’re passionate about supporting causes that uplift and strengthen the neighborhoods we serve—because real estate is about more than property, it’s about people. Whether it’s volunteering our time, sponsoring local initiatives, or contributing to meaningful organizations, we’re committed to making a positive impact beyond the business. For us, community isn’t just where we work—it’s who we are.

“Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.”

Who We Work With

Seeds of Hope - Silicon Valley
Seeds of Hope – Silicon Valley is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending chronic homelessness by developing a permanent supportive housing community in San Jose, inspired by successful models like Community First! Village. Their mission combines safe, dignified housing with on-site support services to help individuals regain stability and purpose. While working to establish their first community, they also run outreach programs like Haircuts of Hope, offering free haircuts to those in need to foster dignity and connection.

South County Compassion Center
South County Compassion Center is a nonprofit based in South Santa Clara County dedicated to helping people experiencing homelessness regain stability and self-sufficiency. They serve around 1,500 individuals annually by providing essentials like food, showers, laundry, clothing, hygiene kits, and personal care items, alongside in-depth case management, housing support, healthcare access, employment readiness, and mobile outreach programs. Their efforts helped 130 individuals secure permanent housing in the fiscal year of June 1, 2023 to July 30, 2024.

Fairytale Farms
Fairytale Farm is a nonprofit based in the Bay Area dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming miniature horses, donkeys, and other equines—especially those facing medical challenges, neglect, or slaughter pipelines. They provide vital veterinary care and behavioral support, seek loving forever homes or sanctuary placements for each animal, and also educate the public about the harsh realities of the horse industry to promote more compassionate alternatives

Urban Vision Alliance
Urban Vision Alliance (UVA) is a San Francisco–based nonprofit that aims to end street homelessness by forging large-scale, cross-sector coalitions. Instead of delivering direct services, UVA streamlines coordination by bringing together public agencies, nonprofits, designers, developers, legal experts, and tech firms through a digital platform that boosts transparency, cost-efficiency, and impact. Their model accelerates the creation of integrated housing strategies—like transitional shelters and supportive housing—backed by millions in pro bono services, enabling cities to scale up solutions more effectively and affordably.

Home First
HomeFirst (formerly the Emergency Housing Consortium), established in 1980, is a leading nonprofit in the Bay Area dedicated to ending homelessness by providing a full continuum of housing solutions—from emergency and interim shelters to permanent supportive housing—for adults, families, veterans, youth, and seniors across Santa Clara and Sonoma counties. Serving over 10,000 individuals in fiscal year 2024, HomeFirst operates multiple low-barrier service sites including the Boccardo Reception Center (the county’s largest shelter), emphasizes the Housing First and Harm Reduction models, and collaborates closely with community partners to remove barriers and build long-term stability.
